Shopping Cart

We use a session cookie to remember your log-in, registration and subscription for you and what you’ve put in the shopping basket. These we deem strictly necessary to the working of the website. If these are disabled then various functionality on the site will be broken.


We also use PayPal as a 3rd party payment processor. When making a payment you will be re-directed off-site to a  secure PayPal page. When you make a payment via PayPal we will be informed by PayPal of your email and postal address along with your order details and we retain this information for the purpose of order processing and ongoing support. Please email us if you would like us to delete your information, but be aware that you will no longer receive any support from us.


We use your email address for the purposes of tracking support requests and sending notifications of product updates and notifications. If you would like to stop receiving emails from us, then contact us via email saying so. However, please be aware that, in future, you may no longer receive any product support or notifications.

We make use of 3rd party providers for email and notification services which require the use of email addresses provided by you. For example we make use of PayPal, MailChimp, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest & DreamHost as part of our ongoing notifications. To make a purchase on our site, you must accept these Terms in full. However, you may immediately or at any stage opt out of notifications by emailing us, accordingly. Please note that opting-out may prevent us from providing you with ongoing support, updates or registration Keys.


Products & Services purchased are not intended for any usage where loss of life, injury  or damage to property is possible, likely or can occur. Purchasers are expected to be familiar & experienced with the technologies involved and to exercise due care and attention in using the purchased items. If these terms are not acceptable to you, do not complete the purchase. If you purchase any item, you will be deemed to have accepted all Terms & Conditions associated with the item(s) your purchased, including those herein.

Postage & Shipping

We use standard shipping where available which is both ‘untracked’ and ‘uninsured. Untracked means that there is no record of the item once shipped. Uninsured means that if the item is lost in the post there is no compensation available to you or to us.  This allows us to keep a low charge for worldwide delivery and at the moment we do not plan to offer alternative shipping options.
