Postage & Shipping
We use standard shipping where available which is both ‘untracked’ and ‘uninsured. Untracked means that there is no record of the item once shipped. Uninsured means that if the item is lost in the post there is no compensation available to you or to us. This allows us to keep a low charge for worldwide delivery and at the moment we do not plan to offer alternative shipping options. In some cases it may be necessary to provide your shipping information to a 3rd party shipping company.
